Semeca McLawyer is an entrepreneur, author, and founder of Plushh Boutique, a fashion brand focused on empowering women through style and confidence. Her entrepreneurial journey began after being furloughed during the COVID-19 pandemic, inspiring her to launch her boutique business. Plushh Boutique offers women’s fashion pieces ranging from sizes Small to 3XL, emphasizing inclusivity and confidence for women of all body types. In addition to her boutique, she created Plushh University to mentor aspiring boutique owners and also runs a nonprofit supporting young girls through mentorship and life skills programs.
